Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, has an opening for a Claims Learning and Development Supervisor to create and execute Claims technical training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of training aligned with Company guidelines, business objectives, and operational expectations.

This individual leads a team, managing training initiatives that drive continuous learning resulting in improved productivity and claims outcomes. Required to travel to Claims offices and various offsite meetings routinely to meet objectives.
