Job description
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our premium preschool brands by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both educational and corporate positions. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire high-caliber professionals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, fluent in English, and experienced in high-volume recruitment within the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Recruit for a wide range of positions Academic and Non-Academic (Including Blue Collars) Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, and networking events. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with JES values. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, reference checks, and employment offers. Monitor recruitment KPIs including: Time-to-Fill Time-to-Hire Source Effectiveness Offer Acceptance Rate Recruitment Cost Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for newly hired employees. Stay updated on labor market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and Egyptian Labor Law.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent) are considered an advantage. 4–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience recruiting for both educational and corporate positions is highly preferred.
Experience in high-volume recruitment within education, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or service industries is an advantage. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection processes. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, Indeed, social media recruiting, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent reporting and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
