Overview

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Under the direction of the Head Swim Coach, Assistant Swim Team Coach will assist the Head Swim Coach in building, maintaining a successful swim team. The Assistant Swim Team Coach will provide coaching and motivation for participants on the youth swim teams. Follows and enforces safety standards and other policies and procedures and maintains a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for aquatics swim.
