Ocean Import

What You Can Expect : Key Responsibilities Coordinate ocean import shipments, including FCL, LCL, and consolidation cargo. Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates. Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare, review, and manage shipping and import-related documentation.

Issue and verify documents such as Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders. Maintain accurate shipment and customer data in the Transport Management System (TMS). Support invoicing, shipment closing, and operational reporting activities. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational issues. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. What You Bring: Qualifications Required Diploma, Vocational School Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 1 year of professional working experience. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic English communication skills, including email correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, import/export, customer service, or administrative operations. Experience in customer-facing or coordination roles. Knowledge of import documentation and international trade.

Experience using logistics systems such as CargoWise or other TMS platforms. Business-level English proficiency.
