Job description
Titan Technologies is seeking a Network Operations Manager to oversee daily operational support of enterprise network environments. This includes the management of the Network Operations Center’s (NOC) performance, monitoring, ticketing workflows, incident management, network and facility maintenance and SLA compliance.
This role ensures the NOC and network operations function as a fully integrated, high-performance operational center.
