Cleaning Operative – Medical Unit – Elgin, IV30

Location: Medical Unit, Asda, Edgar Road, Elgin, IV30 6YQ Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Hours: 8 hours per week Shift: 18:00–20:00 Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Contract Type: Temporary We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to work at a medical unit located within Asda in Elgin.

This role involves maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment to a high standard. You will work independently for 2 hours per shift across four days each week.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning of the medical unit Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors Cleaning treatment rooms, staff areas and communal areas Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely Following all health and safety and infection control procedures Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns Candidate Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred Experience cleaning healthcare or medical environments is advantageous Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Excellent attention to detail Available for an immediate start Able to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday between 18:00 and 20:00 If you're looking for a part-time cleaning role with an immediate start, we'd love to hear from you.
