Direct Support Professional (Full-time)
Job description
The Direct Support Professional, also known as a Job Coach (JC) plans, coordinates, and provides individualized support to clients. Clients’ needs and preferences dictate the amount of support hours provided by the JC and when that support occurs. The JC works well with TMI employees, clients’ circle of support (family members, friends, community members, etc.)
, community resources, the Department of Rehabilitation, and the Regional Center. Also, the JC works independently and as a team member.
