Quality – Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager (Apparel)

What you'll be doing? Quality Management: Oversee the QA/QC processes for apparel products, ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality standards. Team Leadership: Build and mentor the QC teams, providing training and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Implementation of Best Practices: Establish and implement best practices for quality control, utilizing data-driven approaches to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Proactive Issue Management: Foster a proactive culture, anticipating potential quality issues and implementing strategic measures to address them before they escalate. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations, ensuring that we meet their needs effectively.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead efforts for continuous improvement in QC processes and methodologies, driving operational excellence. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for enhancement. Who are they looking for?

Experience: 10+ years of experience in apparel quality management is required. Skills: Good communication and listening skills are essential for effective collaboration and customer interaction. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is necessary for seamless communication and collaboration.
