Electrical Foreman/Journey Man

Lunacon Construction Group is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman or Journeyman Electrician to support our growing portfolio of commercial and public-sector projects. What You’ll Do Perform and oversee electrical installations in accordance with plans, specifications, and code requirements. Lead daily electrical activities on site and coordinate with superintendents and project managers. Supervise crews (Foreman role) and assign tasks to ensure productivity and quality. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Coordinate electrical rough-ins, trim-out, and final connections with other trades. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power, panels, feeders, and controls. Ensure all work complies with NEC , project requirements, and safety standards. Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.

Minimum Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience. 5+ years of commercial construction electrical experience. Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices. Ability to read and understand construction documents and electrical drawings. Experience coordinating with other trades on active jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications

Foreman or lead electrician experience. Experience on public-sector, municipal, or federal projects . Familiarity with jobsite documentation tools (Procore a plus). Experience with lighting controls, power distribution, and finish electrical work. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
