DSP - Shift Leader

Starting Rate: $25-$27.50 / hour Full Time: 37.5 Hours Per Week Shift: 2pm - 10pm, 5 days per week (actual scheduled days may be flexible based on program need and candidate availability)

DSP Shift Leader – Lead with Purpose! Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide and support Residential Counselors (DSPs), coordinate daily activities, promote safety, and help ensure person-centered care. Coach and mentor staff while empowering individuals to build independence, make choices, develop skills, and participate in their communities.
