Medical Front Desk Receptionist Chicago IL 60615 $16-$20/hr | Bilingual Spanish/English | Established Integrative Medical Practice We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Front Desk Representative to join our established multidisciplinary medical practice in Chicago. Bilingual Spanish and English are highly preferred.

Chiro. Touch experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information and assist with paperwork Collect payments and copays Maintain accurate patient records Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English Coordinate with providers and clinical staff Provide excellent customer service in a busy medical office Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred Medical or chiropractic front desk experience preferred Chiro.

Touch experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking Professional and welcoming demeanor Join a friendly, established integrative medical practice serving the Chicago community for 26 years.
