Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities, with a primary focus on skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, operations, and other technical positions. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent in highly competitive labor markets.

While the primary emphasis is on technical recruiting, this position also supports leadership, professional, corporate, and production hiring across the organization as business needs require. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Talent Leader.
