• Trades Responsibilities: Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles Develop excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates & cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience for candidates and internal customers Create comprehensive recruitment strategies and leverage internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance Drive and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Pro-actively network, cold-call, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree 3+ years agency and/or in-house recruiting experience Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors Ability to deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in very fast-paced environment Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Ability to articulate the company's value proposition and story to candidates Expertise in direct passive sourcing and ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone and in-person
