Your role

You make AI work across Meliorate. You develop the structures, processes and capabilities that enable people and AI agents to work together effectively. What you will shape You give our internal AI transformation a clear direction. You build our agentic organisation and bring AI-enabled workflows into our processes. You set clear guardrails for roles, governance and the responsible use of AI.

You take transformation projects from concept to day-to-day use. You enable employees and leaders to use AI independently and effectively. What you bring You combine commercial understanding with transformation expertise and technological curiosity. You know consulting or a project-based professional services environment.

You bring experience in transformation, organisational change or digital transformation projects. You understand business models, processes and people. You know generative AI, AI agents and their use in business processes. You work pragmatically, explain complex topics clearly and turn change into action. You communicate confidently in English at C1 level or above.
