Construction Senior Quality Control Manager

Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Senior Quality Control Manager to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.

Qualifications

Must be licensed Engineer, Architect, or DSA Inspector Class 1 5-10 years of construction QC, inspection, or field supervision experience Experience with DSA, HCAI, LAUSD or public agency requirements Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, codes, testing, and closeout Experience coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office What we Offer: Substantial room for growth We promote from within We provide training and professional development Positive team environment Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Additional Benefits: 401k with matching Healthcare Paid vacation & holidays Vehicle allowance (negotiable) Housing (negotiable) Performance bonus Christmas bonus
