Domestic Sales / Production Assistant-Arbuckle, CA This is a Salary Non-Exempt position Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity as the Domestic Sales Office Assistant in the Domestic Sales department at the ADM Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to: Sales Order Processing Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders on time Data Entry/Filing Freight Coordination Invoice processing Monthly Volume Allocation Generate Accurate Requested Reports Customer Communication Communicate well with Colleagues/Management efficiently Enter Paddy and Milled Hundredweights accurately Daily Management of Book to Physical Volumes Data Entry into multiple processing systems Monthly Inventory Cycles for Bulk, Paddy and Filled Rice Daily Entries and Logging of Packaged Product Railcar Ordering and Railroad Coordination Milling Processing in System(s) and Reporting Track Work Orders Progress and Completion in Data System Perform Miscellaneous Sales Manager assistant duties upon request Perform Miscellaneous Duties upon Management Request Ability to work in a diverse team Can work overtime as needed Available after hours to respond to urgent inquiries All other duties assigned by management Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment Strong work ethic, including attention to details Work well under pressure Basic computer skills Respectful, positive attitude Must be self-motivated Ability to problem solving, good time managing, and organizational skills Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Good Attendance Bilingual is a plus Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
