Director of Program Controls & EVMS

The Director, Program Controls & EVMS is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, implementing, and leading Janicki’s enterprise program controls capability, with a primary focus on the successful design and implementation of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS). This leader will develop the processes, systems, governance, organizational capabilities, and management disciplines necessary to provide reliable visibility into program cost, schedule, performance, risk, and forecasted outcomes. The Director will work across Program Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and executive leadership to establish an integrated approach to program planning and control.
