Line Program Manager

Plans, organizes, and manages customer interface in aircraft maintenance and repair operations for designated customer programs including both hangar and line maintenance activities. Develops and implements actions to accomplish delivery of quality products and services in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedules.

Develops operating plans and manpower requirements necessary to meet both short and long term objectives. Expectation is to consistently meet set KPIs, set clear expectations for supervisors and hold them accountable to those expectations, and ensure 100% safety compliance at all times.
