Job Title: Manager, Manufacturing Operation Management Job Description: The Role: Manufacturing manager’s role is to lead production team to meet the goals and the objectives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Reduction by utilizing operator’s skill, capability and process equipment And to c reate 6S based culture in order to become “Amazing Plant” .
In this role you will: Lead the team to become Liquid Filter Production Cell as “Grate Place to Work” Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process . Reduce quality complains and issues Develop and grow employees Make good relationship with related functions and customers globally.
