Position Summary
Support Sr. management with recurrent business analysis and projections. Analyze the performance of our products and business units in proactive way including plans and recommendations to optimize assets. Creates presentations for Senior management as needed. May assist with marketing literature for sales presentations.
Effectively planning of customer’s and product performance reports needed for Sr. Management, achieving monthly deadlines and commitments agreed with customers. Collects, manage and maintains analytical data used to measure and control LNW business. Creates spreadsheets to manage customers and LNW business information.
Support Sales team on finding or developing new business opportunities. Supply spreadsheets with costs, performance, trends, profitability for LNW clients and products. Performs all analytical reports and clerical functions, including filing, typing, etc. as directed Updates and maintains technology escrow accounts in accordance with customer contracts Works effectively with all departments, including Senior Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Order Entry and Legal Performs other duties as assigned Communication Communicate professionally with all levels of customers and employees.
Effective communication with senior management verbally and in writing English and Spanish. Position Requirements/Skills & Abilities Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in casino’s industry or in business intelligence positions. Leadership skills is a most Qualifications Other qualifications Proficient with Excel and other Data Mining tools.
Leadership Business Oriented Strong negotiation skills and customer service experience Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate well with customers and all LNW team members Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks Teamwork and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group English required Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economy and actuarial science preferred
