Job description
The focus of the Lawn Care District Trainer is to mentor Lawn Care specialists to advance the level of Safety, Quality, and Productivity resulting in consistent excellent customer satisfaction and team member engagement. The trainer works with team members at various skill levels from new hire basics to experienced specialty knowledge areas as a role model promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities include
tracking and helping to progress team members through the Self Directed Advancement Program (SDAP). The trainer partners closely with the branch leaders to ensure activities align with direction of the District Manager and business objectives. This position pays $26 - $28 hr depending on years of experience + paid PTO + paid benefits and 401K
