Compensation & Schedule

💰 Pay Rate: $58/hr (Day Shift) | $60/hr (Night Shift) 🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month 💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly ⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Approximately 60 Hours/Week

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification ✔ Current CPR / First Aid Certification ✔ Experience with Fall Protection Programs ✔ Experience with Rigging Operations ✔ Experience with MEWPs / Aerial Lifts ✔ Strong field safety presence and hazard recognition skills

Preferred Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction activities

• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas

• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments

• Monitor large-diameter pipe installation and structural steel pipe rack activities

• Observe crane operations, rigging activities, telehandler use, and material handling operations

• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements

• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions

• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel

• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and the GC safety team

• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation

• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports

• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
