Family Support Specialist

Under general supervision, perform work at the full-performance level by determining eligibility for all TANF and economic service programs accurately and efficiently. Assist clients in becoming self-sufficient via department services and community programs. Complete assessments and activity placements. Must process applications and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews within program requirements.
