Job description
Facility/Special Event Attendants are responsible for the onsite management of Red Oak Municipal Center during private rentals and public events, enforcing all facility related policies and procedures, and providing assistance with facility set-up arrangements (tables, chairs, misc. equipment). In addition, Facility/Special Event Attendants may be assigned to assist with the set-up, tear-down, and/or operations of City of Red Oak community events.
Attendants work independently under the direction of the Events Coordinator and Director of Communications and Marketing. Typical work schedules vary, approximately 5-20 hours per week depending on facility reservations. Shifts may include evening,...
