The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is the senior technology executive responsible for IT strategy and ensuring technology supports business goals. Reporting to the COO and serving on the senior leadership team, the CIO leads all IT functions—Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and Program Management—while overseeing performance, innovation, and governance.
The role has full authority over IT decisions and is responsible for delivering secure, scalable solutions that support operations, compliance, and growth. The CIO is accountable for both strategy and execution, with success measured by delivery outcomes, operational performance, and alignment with business priorities.
