Recruiting Coordinator

Toward Maximum Independence is looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring from first contact to a new hire's first day. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and scheduling interviews to sending offer letters and starting background checks. You'll represent TMI at job fairs and manage our postings with partners like Indeed and Zip.

Recruiter. You'll also be the main point of contact for new hires as they onboard, and you'll keep our HR records and personnel files accurate and compliant. This role is a great fit for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who wants their work to help build a team that makes a difference.
