Your role
here As a Pre-Press Specialist, you will review and prepare customer artwork files for production, ensuring they meet print and quality standards. You will collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and plant teams to support artwork approvals, color matching, inventory management, and the successful delivery of customer projects.
Your experience and background Background in pre-press, printing, packaging, graphic production, or a related field. Proven understanding of digital print processes, artwork preparation, and production requirements. Experience reviewing and troubleshooting artwork files to ensure press readiness. Knowledge of color management and color matching techniques.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve file setup issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales representatives, designers, and production teams. Customer-focused attitude with experience resolving questions, concerns, or escalated issues in a professional manner.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. Experience maintaining inventory, fulfilling sample requests, or supporting production workflows is a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat preferred.
Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
