Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

Environment Control Service Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee our nighttime commercial janitorial operations. This role is responsible for supervising cleaning routes, supporting field staff, ensuring quality control across client facilities, and providing hands-on cleaning support during nighttime shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee nightly commercial cleaning operations across assigned accounts to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications. Hands-On Cleaning Support: Assist with nighttime janitorial cleaning duties, route fill-ins, and emergency facility coverage during night shifts as required. Staff Guidance & Quality Control: Train, support, and monitor field staff, ensuring safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines, and security procedures are strictly followed.

Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate equipment and supply distribution, track team schedules, and communicate regularly with management regarding operational updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial janitorial cleaning or supervisory roles. Comfortable working flexible nighttime hours and providing hands-on cleaning support on-site. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ideal Candidate: Organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and customer service.
