We are seeking a full-time LCSW Supervisor for our In Home Therapy & Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This position is located in West Springfield, serving children and families across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Worcester Counties. Are you looking for a unique opportunity for advancement in leadership? This position would award you experience in supervising Bachelors-level Therapeutic Training & Support Workers (TT&S) and Therapeutic Mentors (TMs) while supporting your progress toward achieving independent licensure.
