As a per diem RN, you help them get there, one shift at a time.

What you'll do

Assess residents, catch changes early, and act on them Give medications and treatments safely and chart accurately Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges so care stays on track Join care planning and team meetings with therapy, physicians, and the full care team Work with therapists to track each resident's progress toward discharge Keep residents and families informed and involved What you'll need Required: Active RN license valid in New Jersey 1 year of experience as an RN Preferred: Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital med-surg Pay and benefits $40.
