Job description
Our Real Estate Counsel works throughout different departments to negotiate leases, lease amendments, waivers, subordination agreements, estoppels, and termination agreements with tenants, attorneys, and brokers. The lease deals largely consist of commercial retail shopping centers, hotel, and industrial commercial properties.
