- Project Development Engineer Report to: Head of EE, BESS & DPPA Business Line Job Description Conduct analysis over energy efficiency projects, which include, but are not limited to: o 1 or 2 site visits per week in any provinces of Vietnam o Analysis of system layout, energy bills, and system drawings o Analyze performance data collected during Energy Audits, fully autonomous o Lead of savings calculations for different types of solutions (HVAC, BMS, Lighting, Refrigeration, etc...) o Review and validate technical specifications and calculations o Create basic designs o Provide clear feedback to Clients Pre-run Financial Model with key inputs. Producing commercial offers. Drafting contract appendices (offers, layout, buyout, NB.). Create, organize, and maintain documents related to projects to ensure better follow-up. Maintain a database of equipment and services benchmark (CAPEX/OPEX follow-up) for the use of the team. Participate in meetings with Clients and EPC to support the understanding of Green. Yellow solutions. Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss the status of projects and technical strategic approach, and other needs. Strictly follow internal processes/procedures with the EE department and other Green. Yellow departments. Support the Construction and Procurements team to identify contractors, the selection process, and contracts. Experience: At least 3 years' experience in M&E, energy audit, or an engineering firm Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering Skills and Knowledge: Preferably, a significant experience in Engineering firms IPMVP (Internal and performance measurement and verification protocol) knowledge/ understanding Good communication skills, strong technical knowledge Autonomy, curiosity, rigorous, adaptability, proactive Fluency in English Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office: 30th Floor, Opal Office Building, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh St., Ward 22, Binh Thanh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City.
