DC Department Supervisor - 1st Shift

The DC Department Supervisor is responsible for the full operational performance of their assigned department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of product in alignment with Company goals for safety, quality, service, and productivity. This role has direct accountability for department KPIs, crew member performance management, and day-to-day workforce execution.

The Department Supervisor leads through others by setting clear expectations, developing team capability, and developing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Success in this role is measured by department-level results, crew member engagement and development, and consistent achievement of operational objectives.
