Accounting Analyst III - Hybrid

Position Overview

The Accounting Analyst III plays a key role in supporting the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of financial information for Encore Canada. Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for analyzing, reconciling, and recording complex financial data within the organization's ERP and reporting systems. Primarily focusing on compensation-related transactions, payroll accounting, accruals, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will partner with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Corporate Finance teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making. This role combines accounting expertise with strong analytical and data management skills to ensure financial results are accurately reflected
