Salary: £15.30/hour (Level 2) | £16.30/hour (Level 3) | £14.80/hour (unqualified) Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round What You’ll Do Support children aged 2–5 years in our Montessori environment Encourage independence, choice and hands-on learning Support activities across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Culture Observe and respond to each child’s individual interests and developmental needs Help maintain a beautifully prepared, calm and inviting classroom Encourage children to develop confidence, concentration and self-discipline Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues Work as part of a team to provide exceptional care and education Follow safeguarding, nursery policies and high standards of practice Why Newpark?

You’ll ideally have: A full and relevant Early Years Qualification – preferred Experience working with children under 5 – essential Montessori experience or a genuine interest in Montessori education – desirable A positive, flexible and collaborative approach Excellent communication skills Fluent English – essential A strong commitment to safeguarding Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references Most importantly, you’ll believe in giving children the time, space and support to “do it themselves” and develop into confident, capable learners.
