Position Details: Title: Sr. CCG Replenishment Planner Department: Merchandise Planning Reports to: Manager, Replenishment Location: Dearborn, MI Job Classification: Remote FLSA Status: Exempt Job Band: Professional Job Summary The Sr. Replenishment Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory investments by developing replenishment strategies at size-level that maximize sales, improve in-stock performance, and achieve financial objectives.
This role leverages historical sales, customer demand, inventory productivity, future forecasts, and size-selling patterns to ensure the right products are available in the right sizes, locations, and quantities throughout the product lifecycle. The position partners closely with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Supply Planning, and Analytics to continuously improve replenishment strategies and size curve accuracy.
Associate Responsibilities Develop and cultivate Planner/Sales partnerships to understand future demand expectations. Develop and manage replenishment plans that optimize inventory productivity while supporting sales, service, and financial objectives. Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, sell-through, and in-stock performance.
Determine replenishment quantities based on demand, inventory targets, lead times, and supply constraints. Recommend replenishment strategies for the Distributors business by style/color/size. Identify inventory risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Recommend adjustments to improve size availability and reduce stock imbalances and work with supply planning partners to mitigate.
Monitor size-level inventory performance throughout the season. Evaluate new product size performance and refine future size curves. Create new processes that lead to efficiencies in identifying and mitigating size gaps. Execute the size-level forecast for San. Mar (largest Distributor). Partner with Sales and external partners to understand trends and future inventory requirements to satisfy service levels.
Coach, inspire, guide, and develop planners; create an environment that supports and rewards strong performance and professional growth. Lead change to enhance and develop more efficient/effective best practices and processes that support our targets/goals. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
Required Skills
& Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a planning or forecasting field. Active listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels, including management and business unit partners. Exude confidence and aptitude to clearly present and explain ideas.
High level of analytical thinking with strong aptitude for forecasting methodology. Engaging approach to leading and inspiring others. Outstanding organizational skills with a natural curiosity and interest in problem-solving. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate workload while juggling multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
Strategic vision to enhance and develop more efficient and effective best practices and processes. Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools) are needed. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Typical office environment; cubicle/office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, and typing on a computer.
Travel required up to 20% of time (may include international). This position has a Remote location.
