Key Responsibilities
& Duties
- Produce custom aluminum blanks and signage through shear presses, kick presses, pneumatic presses, and CNC routers.
- Support the department Supervisor in daily operations, including monitoring workflow, managing inventory, and ensuring production targets are met — acting as a key point of contact in the Supervisor’s absence.
- Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances.
- Report non-conforming parts to supervisor / QC staff.
- Maintain focus and attention when operating machinery at all times.
- Communicate needs with material handlers.
- Remove scrap and maintain organized work area.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors.
- Must be able to read and interpret design drawings.
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Safety conscious at all times.
- Ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Demands
- Lift, push, pull, and carry tools/materials weighing 70+ lbs frequently.
- Prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (e.g., forklift) Additional Information / Benefits
