Spiritual Support Counselor

Seeking a compassionate, full-time Hospice Spiritual Support Counselor to provide emotional and spiritual care to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in healthcare and interfaith settings, CPE units, experience counseling around issues of meaning, purpose, and grief in situations of serious illness and end of life.

This role requires strong collaboration within an interdisciplinary team and sensitivity to diverse religious, spiritual, cultural or secular beliefs, traditions and practices. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Periodic on-call responsibilities for after hours and weekends.
