Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Providing technical and managerial leadership and fostering the professional development of employees within the area of responsibility Analyzing internal and external logistics processes and working to continuously improve these operational structures Managing the flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts—in some cases across multiple production sites—through to the delivery of the final product.

As part of the overall order processing workflow, you will be in constant contact with internal process partners. Compiling and evaluating statistics, KPIs, and reports Preparing a capacity analysis based on sales planning Initiating coordinated measures in the event of schedule disruptions Further developing, coordinating across organizational units, and implementing the supply chain strategy Initiating production orders on time while considering economic factors Developing planning scenarios using ERP and other planning tools Qualifications: Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on logistics, or a completed vocational training program with additional training and 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP , as well as comprehensive user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong leadership skills Excellent written and spoken German and English Strong analytical skills, as well as a structured, independent, and methodical approach to work and problem-solving abilities Team spirit, communication, and coordination skills ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
