Metalworker / CNC Machine Operator – Slovakia

Lavoratori Stagionali™ is currently recruiting experienced Metalworkers and CNC Machine Operators for a long-term manufacturing opportunity with one of our established industrial clients in Slovakia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate CNC machine tools and production equipment
• Set up, position and clamp metal components for machining
• Perform measurements according to technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular quality inspections and dimensional checks
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards
• Report production issues and manufacturing defects when required Requirements Education:
• Secondary technical education or vocational qualification
• Mechanical, technical or engineering-related education preferred Skills & Experience:
• Previous CNC machining, machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to use measuring instruments and follow technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift operation Graduates with relevant technical education may also apply.

Benefits

• Basic Gross Salary: €1,031/month
• Monthly Performance Bonus: €120/month
• Additional Shift and Attendance Payments: approximately €100–€200/month depending on hours worked Expected Gross Monthly Earnings:
• From €1,351/month
