JOB DESCRIPTION Located in Blaine, Minnesota School of Music delivers personalized music lessons for kids and teens in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

As an employee run organization, our company is committed to helping every instructor reach their teaching potential. To start, we offer 8 hours of paid training to kickstart instructor success. From there, we provide ongoing professional development, paid sick leave, unemployment insurance, and worker's comp insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver personalized, one-on-one, 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
• To perform duties in accordance with company education and customer service standards
• To keep student progress records
• To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
• To participate in student achievement program
