- TE Leaders to finalize actual goals Current goals for reference Submissions, Starts, Ascendion Deck Presentation, Hot Book Adhere to recruiting best practices to maintain a high level of professionalism and exhibit Ascendion core values. Deliver Ascendion deck presentations to candidates for attracting right talent Develop and maintain a Hot Book, fostering long term relationships with candidates (Hot Book will be approved by TL/TAM) Actively engagement on LinkedIn and other networking sites to build talent pool Attend and actively participate in training sessions provided to enhance professional skills and stay current with industry trends You’ll Need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Negotiation & Convincing Skills Proficiency with MS Office Organization/Coordination Skills Relationship Management skills Learning Agility Go getter attitude
