Senior Property Manager

Join our team as a Senior Property Manager. This is an exciting time with opportunities at several of our 14 properties in the Tulsa area. We are looking for experienced leaders to become a valued member of the THM team. You will manage and maintain operations of 251 or more units for the Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) properties to ensure the assets of the authority are safe guarded and that profitability is maximized.

The Senior Property Manager is also responsible for ensuring the long-term viability of the properties following the Asset Management approach of making sure that the sites remain fiscally sound. Supervise all staff and activities at the sites in a way that ensures the properties remain fiscally sound.
