Job description
The Coordinator 1 is responsible for dispatching and scheduling Field Technicians to complete all service-related issues with equipment. The individual in this role is responsible for the training, development, and management of Field Techs, Tank Techs, Winch Truck Operators, and Swampers, as well as appraising their performance.
The Coordinator also creates work tickets, tracks hours of service for field personnel, and ensures compliance with DOT regulations.
