At Middletown Honda, you'll begin as a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, learn the auto business from the inside, and move into a Sales Consultant role where top performers earn six figures+.

No auto experience required. We'll train you. Your path Months 1–3: Learn the business. Get to know Honda's lineup, the delivery process and how a dealership runs, with daily mentorship from the Sales Manager. Months 3–12: Earn your move. Take on more customer interaction, complete manufacturer training and show you're ready.

Most coordinators move into Sales within 3 months to a year, depending on performance. Next: Sales Consultant. Step onto the sales floor with product knowledge, relationships and a track record already in place.

What you'll do
