Job description
The Masker is responsible for preparing manufactured parts for processing by applying and removing masking materials to protect designated surfaces during coating, plating, anodizing, painting, or other finishing operations. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read work instructions and engineering drawings, and a commitment to producing quality work that meets customer specifications.
The Masker inspects parts for accuracy, maintains a clean and organized work area, and follows all company quality and safety standards while supporting production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
