Sr. QA Analyst (Manual + Automation) (ID 1315)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with hands-on experience in both manual testing and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing strategies, building automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT support)
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web/mobile applications
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Execute regression test suites and ensure release quality
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA inputs early in the cycle
• Ensure API testing using tools like Postman / REST clients
• Maintain test documentation and reports
• Continuously improve testing processes and coverage Requirements
• Strong experience in manual testing concepts
• Hands-on experience in automation testing tools/frameworks such as: Selenium Web. Driver / Cypress / Playwright (any one or more)
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST APIs)
• Good understanding of test case design techniques
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Experience with regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries)
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding : CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience in automation framework design (POM, data-driven, etc.)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, etc.)
• Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Python)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
