Job Description: At Mars Snacking, we're looking for a Digital Technology Manager to drive digital transformation across the Central Eurasia Snacking segment. In this role, you will manage the Digital Technology roadmap, deliver digital initiatives, support business applications, and work closely with business, Site IT, and Regional/Global Digital Technology teams to implement solutions that improve business performance and accelerate the adoption of data, automation, and AI.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Technology, IT, Digital Transformation, or Business Transformation. Experience delivering digital projects and managing business applications, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrix environment. Experience with Agile, data & analytics, or AI solutions is an advantage. Potential in people management as this role manages the local data team.
What will be your key responsibilities? Digital Roadmap & Business Partnership Develop and execute the Digital Technology roadmap aligned with business priorities. Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and manage digital demand. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through digitalization, automation, data, and AI.
Digital Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from requirements through implementation and stabilization. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate delivery with business teams, Site IT, Regional/Global Digital Technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Business Applications & BAU Support Manage the lifecycle of business applications supporting the Snacking segment. Coordinate BAU support, enhancements, releases, and issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient business applications. Data, Analytics & Automation Drive data-driven decision-making by improving reporting, analytics, and data quality.
Lead and develop the local Data team, ensuring successful delivery of data initiatives. Promote automation, AI, and analytics to improve business performance. Governance, Change & Collaboration Coordinate Digital Technology governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Support communication, training, and adoption of digital solutions.
Collaborate with Site IT, Regional/Global Digital Technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and support.
