Job description
The Material Handler is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts and material handling equipment to move, store, track, and support the flow of materials throughout a flexible packaging manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe handling of raw materials and hazardous waste, and compliance with GMP, SQF, OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities include
material transportation, cycle counting, shipping support, forklift inspections, warehouse organization, and maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards.
