- Should have good experience in Windows Server 2012 and system software, backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, security, audit, capacity, tool support. 2 . Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, ACTIVE DIRECTORY and IIS
- Good knowledge on Windows RDS Service
- Good Experience in Amazon S3 (AWS)
- Hands on Experience in Fortigate Firewall
- Good Experience in G-Suite
- Security Antivirus Server Management
- Good Experience in Tally Software
- Responsible for the management of the company’s Internet and information technologies (IT) assets
- Maintenance of all information technology equipment
- Experience in conducting IT Audits
- Manage the company’s system firewall protection applications or software
- Make mechanism for the protection of the company’s system
- Account for backup of systems and all data
- Offer training to staff of the organization and its clients
- Responsible for the management of the organization’s email accounts
- Make effort for effective safety protocols
- Make recommendations for the improvement of the company’s IT department
- Respond to Employee’ questions on IT
- Handle the organization’s hosting information
- Network computers in various departments when needed
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of software on computer systems of all the employees
- Handle diagnosis and troubleshooting of computers to discover and solve hardware and software faults
- Responsible for analyzing call log to discover trending matters and issues.
